Nejedn\u00e1 se o n\u00e1hradu stravy, ale pomohou n\u00e1m zkrotit ten n\u00e1\u0161 nenasytn\u00fd \u017ealudek. Na druhou stranu pokud nebudeme m\u00edt vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd zdrav\u011b sestaven\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, tak to tak\u00e9 nebude tak rychl\u00e1 a kvalitn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost. Jednou z metod, jak zv\u00edt\u011bzit nad t\u00edmto ne\u0161varem je naj\u00edt si jinou \u010dinnost, pokud mo\u017eno daleko od j\u00eddla. T\u0159eba j\u00edt na vych\u00e1zku nebo se zabrat do jin\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Je t\u0159eba p\u0159eklenout tu dobu, kdy emoce vid\u00ed z\u00e1chranu v podob\u011b j\u00eddla. Chce to tr\u00e9nink a stanovit si pravidlo, \u017ee v bod\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho rozru\u0161en\u00ed se nevrhnout na sladkosti nebo jin\u00e9 dobroty.
